jamesey Posted March 9, 2008 Report Posted March 9, 2008 ive a 97 sharan tdi and im getting a complex starting it a work in front of my work mates as when i turn the key it starts fine but as the starter motor is dis engaging it makes a very loud screeming noise , my neighbour has a s reg 2.0 petrol model and his does the same but not as bad as mine , is there anthing i can do to stop it making the noise........
